Spa Policies

Our mission is to give the clients a positive, relaxing, healing experience.
All massages given are draped. The client will be covered and not exposed during the massage.

Arrival

Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.  Upon initial visit, we will have you complete a brief intake form before your service begins. In the case of a late arrival we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is frequently not possible. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed.  No adjustment to the price will be made due to a late arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy to our guests & staff, we require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any treatment and 48 hours for packages and group functions. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card or gift certificate used to secure the appointment in the absence of adequate notice. A no-show will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Will my insurance company pay for spa treatments?

Some insurance companies do cover spa treatments for some types of injuries.  We ask that you check with your insurance company prior to your service to find out if you qualify, since payment will be required at the time of your service.

Recently had an injury or surgery, does that have any influence on what service I should choose?

Please clear treatment with your Doctor prior to your service if you have recently had a surgery. Please make us aware of any injuries, and other medical conditions you may be experiencing.  Many of our services can still be performed but may need to be tailored for your specific situation.

Employment Opportunities

Aloha Spa began with a dream to create a better atmosphere for the therapists as well as the clients. We want to give each client the feeling of peace and relaxation, while helping the therapist feel the gratification of the work they have provided. When we take care of our therapists, they, in turn, can better take care of our clients.

The average Massage Therapist works approximately 5 years before many resort to different career paths. This is due, in large part, to either wearing out their bodies from working over-time, or not having been able to make as good of a living as hoped. It is our goal to bring about change, especially for previously over-worked, underpaid therapists.
